If you are shipping back items to Millie Swan Home, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your return. All items must be returned in the original packaging and boxing. If your return package back to Millie Swan Home arrives damaged you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We ship our items insured and recommend that our guests do the same. Please notify us if you plan to ship back any of your items. We want to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If your package is hand delivered to you by carrier and you recognize immediately there is noticeable damaged before opening the box, we recommend that you ask the carrier to return to sender and notify us within 24 hours.
