All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Almost every order arrives within 3-5 business days. Please allow 1 extra day if your order is submitted on a holiday or weekend. An email confirmation will be sent to your inbox once your packaged is ready for mail carrier pick up, followed by tracking updates. We have to give major props to our processing team, you are going to flip over the packaging, it's a total experience to open.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you are needing a rush on your package for faster ship time than 3-5 business days, please e-mail us immediately after placing your order. Include in the body of the email, your name, order number and date/time which you need package to arrive by.
Oh Snap! Absolutely! This is our specialty along with customer service. We want nothing more than each package to be an experience when opening it. The following are the current contents and packing for normal orders and specified gift orders.
NORMAL ORDERS: Each item will be carefully wrapped and packaged with bubble wrap/and or packing tissue, your invoice, black/white tissue paper, confetti, thank you card, and free stickers!
GIFTS WITH EXTRA GIFT WRAPPING: Includes everything in normal packaging. Also includes a happy birthday card (this can be changed this depending on the occasion), ribbon, gift invoice, and some pretty rad stickers.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours to ensure item does not get shipped. In the event in gets shipped, we will refund you upon the arrival of the return at our warehouse. One of our Swans will gladly help you out should you need extra assistance. All items must be returned in original packaging to ensure safety of items and free of damage.

If you wish to re-route your order, you must notify us within 24 hours to ensure Packages eligible for rerouting depending on the shipping carrier. In the event your order gets shipped before you contact our team, we will happily ship out a replacement item (if we have the quantity in stock) to the updated address.
